UFS 111~ 3rd Reflection Topic
Machu Picchu was build around 1450, at the height of the Inca Empire. It was situated on a mountain ridge about the Urubamba valley in Peru, which is about 80 km northwest of Cusco and through which the Urubamba River flow. Chichen Itza is a large pre-columbian archeological site built by the Mayan civilization located in the northern centre of the Yucatan Peninsula, in the Municipality of Tinum, Yucatan state, present day Mexico.
Machu Picchu and Chichen Itza are two historical sites that have exist for many years. Both lost world's ruins differ from each other. However, there are also some similarities and difference between the two lost world's. First of the obvious similarities between the lost world's of Machu Picchu and Chichen Itza is; both cities are ancient stone architecture. But in Chichen Itza, there were fine carvings on the stone unlike in Machu Picchu where there only stack of stone. The second similarities between the two lost world is; both cities are were abondoned long time ago. This is because of a theory that both cities are were ruled by single- minded ruler- ruthless and became to powerfull. Machu Picchu and Chichen Itza were two-made wonders of the world. Both were made by the Mayans civilization. Beside that, the similarities between the two lost world's is both cities has been colonized by Spanish and both cities also have temple that in Chichen Itza it's still exist it the temple of the Sun and Temple of the Sun in Machu Picchu.
Other in common, the two lost world's of Machu Picchu and Chichen Itza also have difference. The most noted difference between the two lost world's of Machu Picchu and Chichen Itza is the location. Machu Picchu settled high up on the mountains, while Chichen Itza is located in a vast land a midst lush greenery. The second difference between the two lost world's are the method of water distribution. In Machu Picchu, water are supplied through systematic drain-like water channels. However, in Chichen Itza, the residents have to get water from a large well that is present near their city. Thirdly, sacrifices are practiced in Chichen Itza, but not in Machu Picchu. This can be proven by the presence of a temple-like sacrificing site in Chichen Itza. The fourth difference between the two lost world's is the presence of a sports site in Chichen Itza. The sports ground in Chichen Itza was once a venue of deathly game played by the residents.
As a conclusion, between both the two lost world's; my favourite would be the lost world of Machu Picchu mainly because of the location of the city. Settled in the mountains, the city system is quite systematic such as the method of water distribution and the plantation terraces made around the city. I prefer Machu Picchu also because there are no sacrifices being done there.

Today, Hollywood wants to make us think they know what love is. But here I want to tell everybody that what are the meaning love to me. Personally to me love is not what you see in the movies,it's not what you see in the scene but love is sacrifice. Love is thinking about other before think about yourself. Love is selfless not selfish and the important to me is God is Love and Love is God also when you lay down our life for another, whether for father, mother, brother or sister. There is no greater love than he who lays down his life for his friends. I'm going to tell who did what. To me definition of LOVE created by God. The definition of LOVE is Jesus Christ. He is LOVE. The nails in His hands, the torns is in His brow. Hanging on across for our sins. That is love He died for us while we still hated Him that is love God is true LOVE perfect love.
LOVE,they come and go in the blink of an eye but everyone thought that they could not live without love. Have to do with real love? We do not have to pronounce the word that we feel in love with someone. We will know that someone loves us the way, body movement and the willingness of someone to do something and the way conversation. For me, fell in love like living in a fantasy world, but love really exist. Love is a feeling of partnership between the two gender variant individuals. Love is about caring, concerned, honest with their partner but love is not necessarily to the spouse only, but love of family and God also important to me.
Public Display of Affection ( PDA ) like kissing on the lips, sitting on another lap, liking and hugging or holding from behind in public for me like it would drop a person's moral and their family. While, something like this would bring bad impression or influence to the child and adolescent group and also sore to eye that see the public display in front many people. Such actions should be handled so as not to be a scab to the class of teenagers in the present.

UFS 111~ 2nd Reflection Topic
If I given a chance to explore, I like to explore Rome. I want to know what was the ancient Rome like? How did people live? What was their education like? What kind of religion did most people practice? We know about gladiator and have a some what idea of they wore. We have all seen The Archietecture and statues, so it's not really that hard to get a general picture of what is was like, but how did everything lead up to all the beautiful and wonderful things Rome has to offer?
First of all, I choose Rome for my exploration because Rome such a great place, it has beautiful archietecture and art like the Esquiline, Palatine, and the Quirinal were the first to have cities that were in a small community which has a wall built around it. There were four sections that divided up the community called Surana, Esquilina, Collina and Palatina. The wall that was around the cities was almost five and a half miles long in which King Servius Tullius had build for security reasons. After more land was cleared wooden houses were replaced by brick and tile houses.
Secondly, the reason I want to have exploration in Rome because I want to know more about how people live after the Punic War as we know. After the first Punic War the roman life style changes a lot. Since the War was with the North Africans lots of Romans got to see the archietecture of Greece, which inspired most of the roman archietecture.
Third, Rome also has a very interesting history that I know, so I want to know more deeply about history of Rome. Such as, all of this amazing history comes from the seven hills which were the starting point that we know as Rome. The name of the hills were the Capitol, Palatine, Caelin, Esquiline, Viminal, Quirinal, and the Avenitine.
Last but not least, what was education like? When you think of school, you think of all the work, being there all day, cafeteria food but the life for an ancient roman child was much different. Most schools were one male teacher, one room just like a shop on the street and usually closed off with a curtain. After the kids finished thier work in morning, they got to go home for lunch. After lunch all kids go back to school and their teacher will reada to them than it's over. Teacher were paid as much as or less than manual workers. A teacher that had thirty kids got paid fifteen denarii a month or one hundred denarii a year which is not that much because an avarage you would need two hundred and fifty denarii a year to support you and a wife.
Lastly, I wanna to explore more abour The Success of Christianity in the Roman Empire. The Roman Empire, before Christianity was a polytheistic culture. There were many Gods and Goddesses that were worshiped for different reasons. Even small communities within the Roman Empire recognized their own deities along with the more popular Gods and Goddesses. As time progressed, Roman Emperors were soon included with the polytheistic worship. Jilius Caesar himself claimed to be a descendant of Venus the sun god. Because Caesar was so popular, the idea of worshiping Emprors grew and was followed after his death. The Romans could worship Jupiter one day and Apollo the next with no conflict. The Romans felt, just as most followers of any religion, that by worshiping the gods and goddesses they kept threats aat bay; such as natural disasters a harvest from failing, famine or a widespread sickness. They worsshiped to pervent bad thing from happening, so in essence they worhiped out of fear.
As a conclusion, I want to explore Rome because want to learn more about history or anything else that have in Rome.
